- Partnerships and Services: Parler Cloud Technologies collaborates with various third-party companies to provide a range of consumer and business services for Kyvo. Parler Cloud Technoligies is committed to supporting Kyvo users by ensuring reliable partnerships and effective service delivery.
- Use of Third-Party Services: Kyvo is a decentralized application (dapp) provided by Parler Cloud Technologies and functions as an Oracle app of the Optio Consortia DAO. Kyvo itself is not a regulated financial institution.
- Non-Custodial Wallet Disclaimer: Kyvo is a non-custodial digital wallet. This means you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet information. Kyvo does not have access to or control over your private keys, and we cannot recover your funds if you lose your private key.
- Blockchain and Transaction Fees: Transactions initiated through Kyvo are recorded on the blockchain and may be subject to transaction fees, which are charged by the network and not by Kyvo. We do not control or determine these fees, and they are non-refundable.
- Digital Assets Risk Disclosure: Digital assets are volatile, and their value may fluctuate significantly. Kyvo provides real-time price tracking for informational purposes only. Kyvo does not provide financial advice, and users should conduct their own research before engaging in any transactions involving digital assets.
- Exchange Services: Kyvo does not offer cryptocurrency exchange services in any country or region whether decentralized or centralized. It solely functions as a digital wallet for sending and receiving cryptocurrencies. Kyvo does not operate as a Money Services Business.
- Licensing and Permissions: Since the app does not provide exchange services, there are no licenses or permissions required for such services. Kyvo complies with all legal requirements for operating a digital wallet.
- Third-Party Exchange APIs: Kyvo does not connect with any third-party exchange APIs. All transactions are direct transfers between users’ non-custodial wallets.
- Transaction Handling: All cryptocurrency transactions occur directly between users. Kyvo facilitates these peer-to-peer transfers without acting as an intermediary exchange.
- New or Exclusive Tokens: Kyvo supports standard cryptocurrencies and tokens, including OPT, which users earn through participation in the Optio decentralized ecosystem. These tokens are not purchased or traded within the Kyvo app.
- OFAC Precautions: While Kyvo does not provide exchange services, we prioritize user security and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We have implemented necessary security measures to protect user data and transactions.
- Privacy and Security: Kyvo is fully committed to ensuring data privacy and security. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information and securing their digital assets. Kyvo cannot guarantee complete protection against all security threats.
- No Investment Advice or Guarantees: Participation in Kyvo and the decentralized Optio Blockchain should not be construed as an investment opportunity, as defined under regulatory standards such as the Howey Test. There are no guarantees of financial gain, profit, or returns of any kind. The success of the decentralized blockchain ecosystem depends entirely on active community participation and contributions. Kyvo does not promise, guarantee, or facilitate any form of profit generation, passive income, or financial reward.
- Responsibility for Digital Rewards: Digital rewards distributed from the Optio Blockchain are not investments. Users are responsible for understanding any tax obligations related to their participation, and Kyvo does not provide tax advice or manage the distribution of digital rewards.
- User Liability: By using Kyvo, you agree that you are fully responsible for all activities and transactions conducted through your own non-custodial wallet. Kyvo shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access or misuse of your digital wallet.
- Regulatory Compliance: Kyvo adheres to applicable data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Additionally, financial transactions through Kyvo will comply with sanctions screen and wallets security requirements.
